Delete your account

You can delete your CityX account and the personal data attached to it at any time. The account is deleted by Krnic CommV, Bagattenstraat 69, 9000 Gent, Belgium, the data controller named in the privacy policy.

In the app

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Choose Settings, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. The account is closed immediately and you are signed out on every device.

By e-mail

If you no longer have the app, write to info@cityx.hr from the e-mail address of the account and ask for its deletion. We answer within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, e-mail, photo), your city memberships, your places and settings, your notification choices and your points. Topics, comments, photos and reports you published in a city's community are removed or shown without your name, as the privacy policy describes. Anonymous usage statistics that cannot be linked to you are kept.

How long it takes

The account stops working at once. The data is erased from our systems within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days.
